About the Role

We are looking for ambitious Assistant Branch Manager Trainees to be groomed as future branch leaders for our branches in Kerala

This is a 12-month training program where you will learn all aspects of branch operations, sales, and compliance. As an ABM Trainee, you will support the Branch Manager in driving business growth, team coordination, and customer service while preparing to take charge of the branch.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Business Development

Support in achieving branch targets for Gold Loan, FDs, Insurance, and Allied Investment Products

Meet and onboard recent customers, conduct product presentations and cross-sell

Support field activities, camps, and local marketing to generate leads

2. Operations & Customer Service





Handle day-to-day branch operations: account opening, KYC, disburs

Ensure 100% compliance with RBI, NBFC, and KYC norms

Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer queries

3. Team Support & Branch Management

Assist Branch Manager in daily huddles, MIS reporting, and team coordination

Monitor cash, vault, and branch assets. Ensure audit readiness

Learn P&L; management, cost control, and profitability drivers

4. Learning & Growth

Complete product training on Investments, Insurance, and Gold Loan basics

Shadow the Branch Manager in meetings, client calls, and decision making

Own specific KPIs and get evaluated monthly for promotion to ABM/BM role

Required Skills & Qualifications

Education: MBA

Experience: MBA Freshers with good sales aptitude can apply

Skills: Good communication, basic MS Excel, target-driven, customer handling

Attributes: Leadership potential, willingness to learn, high owne
