We're Hiring: Senior Performance Marketing Manager (D2C)

? Location: Mira Road (in-office, not hybrid/WFH) ? Salary: ₹6–8 LPA (based on experience) + performance-based incentives ? Experience: Minimum 4+ years

Requirements:

1. Experience scaling D2C brands — Clothing, Shoes, Skincare, Cosmetics, etc.
2. Must have worked with a D2C-focused, performance-driven agency
3. Proven track record of driving ROAS and scaling brands profitably
4. Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Shopify/Business Manager
5. Must have own laptop
6. Able to commute daily to Mira Road office

Not considering:

1. Freshers or interns
2. Lead gen or branding-only profiles
3. Hybrid/WFH applicants
