Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced, customer-focused, and result-oriented showroom manager to lead our showroom operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing showroom staff, overseeing daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, achieving sales targets, and maintaining a skilled showroom environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage daily showroom operations.
- Lead, motivate, and guide the showroom sales team.
- Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer escalations professionally.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly showroom sales targets.
- Monitor walk-in customer inquiries, conversions, and follow-ups.
- Maintain proper product displays, cleanliness, and showroom presentation.
- Coordinate with design, operations, installation,



and accounts teams for smooth project execution.
- Prepare quotations, sales reports, and performance reports for management.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM or sales registers.
- Train and mentor showroom staff on product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Plan promotional activities, exhibitions, and showroom events to increase sales.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the purchase/store department.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, discipline, and reporting systems.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new product launches.
