We’re Hiring: Psychology Assistant | Mental Health Peace (MHP) | Remote/Hybrid

At Mental Health Peace (MHP), we’re looking for someone who can match the pace of a rapid-growing mental health organization where psychology, research, therapy, mentorship, and business come together.

This is not a routine assistant role. You’ll work directly with one of our founders, Ms. Akriti Madan, supporting her across day-to-day operations, workshops, research, mentorship programs, therapy projects, and strategic execution. Every day will look different, and you’ll be expected to think ahead, adapt quickly, and ensure nothing slips through the cracks.

More than just assisting, you’ll receive regular supervision, hands-on training, and mentorship, giving you an inside look into what it takes to build a successful career in psychology while working closely with an experienced founder.

- Assist with workshops, research, mentorship programs, and therapy projects
- Manage schedules, meetings, travel, and day-to-day execution seamlessly
- Prepare decks, notes, and documentation with precision and discretion
- Handle emails, calls, and follow-ups professionally and promptly
- Coordinate with team, interns, clients, and collaborators smoothly
- Track deliverables, finances, and project timelines independently
