About the role
We are seeking an experienced Advanced Building Utility Engineer to join our engineering team and support the design and delivery of Building Utility systems for life science and industrial facilities. In this role, you will be responsible for the technical design, calculation, and coordination of utility systems, including domestic water, hot potable water, sanitary drainage, stormwater, chilled water, heating water, and radiator systems.
You will be involved in activities across all project phases, from concept development and detailed design to construction support, ensuring high-quality engineering deliverables that meet customer requirements, project objectives, and applicable industry standards. The role requires strong technical expertise in utility system design, hydraulic calculations, system sizing, component selection, European standards, and multidisciplinary coordination.
Working closely with global project teams, you will develop engineering solutions, perform design calculations, review deliverables, support technical decision-making, and ensure seamless integration with other disciplines. The ideal candidate combines solid engineering fundamentals with a proactive, collaborative, and quality-focused approach to project execution.
