Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Technical Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and delivery of customer account management and identity solutions. The ideal candidate will have solid expertise in customer identity and access management (CIAM), particularly with Okta, and experience driving digital transformation initiatives. Experience in the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) industry is highly preferred.

This role requires close collaboration with engineering, UX, security, marketing, operations, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and customer-centric digital experiences across web, mobile, and in-store channels.

Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the product roadmap for customer account management, authentication, authorization, and identity services.
- Lead the implementation and optimization of Okta Customer Identity (CIAM) solutions,



including Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), lifecycle management, and social login integrations.
- Gather and prioritize product requirements based on customer needs, business objectives, and market trends.
- Partner with engineering teams to deliver high-quality, scalable, and secure identity platforms.
- Drive digital transformation initiatives that improve customer engagement, loyalty, and omnichannel experiences.
- Collaborate with cybersecurity and compliance teams to ensure adherence to security, privacy, and regulatory standards.
- Define product success metrics and monitor KPIs related to customer adoption, authentication success rates, conversion, retention, and account security.
- Manage Agile product development activities, including backlog prioritization, sprint planning, user story creation, and acceptance criteria.
