In this role, you'll drive workforce excellence, strengthen employee engagement, and ensure seamless HR processes. Key Responsibilities:

✅ Talent acquisition & manpower planning

✅ Industrial relations & employee engagement

✅ Labor law & statutory compliance (PF, ESI, CLRA, Factory Act, etc.)

✅ Payroll inputs, attendance & shift management

✅ Performance management & employee development

✅ Training, welfare & retention initiatives

✅ HR audits,



MIS reporting & compliance inspections

✅ Partner with plant leadership to support business goals

Qualifications

:

? MBA/PGDM (HR), MSW, or equivalent + Bachelor's degree

Experience:

?️ 3–10 years of HR experience in a manufacturing/industrial setup with robust exposure to Industrial Relations and statutory compliance.

Preferred Industries:

Manufacturing | FMCG | Automotive | Engineering | Chemicals | Process Industry
