1. Maintain the plant equipment in the running condition.
2. To Attend the Breakdown maintenance as well as preventive maintenance. Ensure Zero Breakdown.
3. Developing and implementing maintenance policies, procedures, and best practices
4. Monitoring and reporting on maintenance costs, performance indicators.
5. Keeping abreast of recent technologies and industry trends and recommending improvements and upgrades, 5S, Kaizens etc. Ensure safe operations.
6. Optimum Operations and preventive of utilities i.e. boilers, chillers, compressors, costing of utilities.
7. Project support work to the contractors for equipments erection and piping.
8. Prepare BOQ, PR and follow up PO as per maintenance or projects work need.
Preferred candidate profile -From Agrochemical
- Maintain the plant equipment in the running condition.
- Ensure zero breakdown following the preventive maintenance as per schedule.
- Physical inspection of plant for any abnormalities.
- Tracking Costing of all utilities on daily / weekly basis.
- Ensure Preventive maintenance schedule will follow with coordinating with production department.
- Preparing daily/weekly report and sharing to General Manager
- Coordinating and overseeing corrective maintenance activities, such as installation, repair, replacement, calibration, testing, and cleaning
- Managing and maintaining inventory of spare parts, tools, and supplies
- Troubleshooting and resolving complex maintenance problems and escalating them when necessary.
- Responsible for maintaining 5S, doing continuous kaizen and implementing Poka-yoke type mechanism to avoid human errors.
- Project Support, tracking of all project activities, timely completion of projects and find out materials requirement.
- Raise PR and follow up material receiving. Coordinating with Purchase to get material on time.
