Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Restaurant Manager with 6+ years of experience in the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) industry. The ideal candidate will oversee daily restaurant operations, ensure exceptional customer service, drive sales and profitability, maintain food safety and quality standards, and lead a high-performing team in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Lead, train, motivate, and supervise restaurant staff to achieve operational excellence.
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, HACCP, and company SOPs.
- Control food and labor costs while minimizing wastage.
- Maintain inventory levels and coordinate purchasing to avoid stock shortages.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Prepare staff schedules and manage attendance, leave, and shift planning.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and development.
- Ensure restaurant cleanliness, equipment maintenance, and safety compliance.
- Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly business reports and implement improvement plans.
- Coordinate with regional managers and support teams to achieve business objectives.
- Execute local marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns to drive customer traffic.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 6+ years of experience in the QSR/Fast Food industry, with at least 2–3 years in a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Restaurant Manager role.
- Robust knowledge of restaurant operations, food safety regulations, and inventory management.
