We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment. The ideal candidate should be passionate about talent acquisition and capable of sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing positions efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
* Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, social media, referrals, and other channels.
* Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
* Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely feedback.
* Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers.
* Negotiate offers and manage the onboarding process.
* Build relationships with potential candidates for future hiring needs.
* Meet monthly hiring targets while maintaining a positive candidate experience.
* Stay updated with recruitment trends and sourcing strategies.
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; HR specialization is preferred.
* 1–3 years of recruitment experience.
* Strong sourcing and interviewing skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven workplace.
* Familiarity with LinkedIn, Naukri, and other recruitment platforms is an advantage.
