Hiring: Support Engineer – Oracle Cerner Content 360 | 3M 360 Encompass & HDM Support

We are looking for a
Support Engineer
to join our Healthcare IT team and support Oracle Cerner EHR environments. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with experience in
3M 360 Encompass, HDM (Healthcare Data Management), and Cerner Content 360
who are passionate about healthcare technology and production support.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Provide
L2/L3 Production Support
for 3M 360 Encompass and HDM applications integrated with Cerner Content 360

✅ Monitor system performance, batch jobs, and interfaces to ensure high availability

✅ Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve production incidents, data issues, and system errors within defined SLAs

✅ Participate in the design, build, and configuration of 3M 360 rules, workflows, and content mappings

✅ Configure Cerner Content 360 components, clinical documentation content,



and coding logic

✅ Support application enhancements, upgrades, and releases

✅ Collaborate with clinical, coding, revenue cycle, and IT teams

✅ Coordinate with Oracle Cerner and 3M vendors for issue resolution and escalation management

Required Skills

✔ 2–5 years of experience in
3M 360 Encompass and HDM Support

✔ Hands-on experience in
Production Support, Design, Build, and Troubleshooting

✔ Experience with
Cerner Content 360

✔ Robust analytical and problem-solving skills

✔ Exposure to Healthcare IT applications and workflows

Nice to Have

➕ Knowledge of Cerner EHR ecosystem

➕ Experience working with clinical documentation and revenue cycle processes
