Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Global Business Development role based in Bengaluru. The role involves identifying and developing recent international business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with global clients and partners,



and driving international sales activities for Novateches’ technology solutions. The individual will conduct market research to understand target markets, competitive landscapes, and customer needs, and will use these insights to shape go-to-market strategies and partnership initiatives. Daily responsibilities include preparing proposals and presentations, negotiating contracts, collaborating with internal product and delivery teams, and tracking performance metrics to meet growth targets. The role also requires representing the company at relevant international events, ensuring clear communication across time zones, and supporting long-term global expansion plans.
