Australian IT Recruiter
to join our Talent Acquisition team and support hiring across Australia.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for IT positions across Australia.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, databases, referrals, and social media platforms.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic/video interviews to assess technical and behavioral fit.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for recurring and niche IT requirements.
- Understand Australian hiring practices, employment standards, and recruitment processes.
- Negotiate salary expectations and facilitate offer discussions with shortlisted candidates.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process until onboarding.
- Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS and recruitment trackers.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand hiring priorities and timelines.
- Prepare recruitment reports, pipeline updates, and hiring metrics.
- Ensure adherence to recruitment SLAs and quality standards.
- Represent Axiom Technologies professionally while interacting with candidates and clients.
- Stay updated on Australian IT market trends, in-demand technologies, and talent availability.
Technical Hiring Experience
Experience recruiting for one or more of the following technologies is preferred:
