Job Summary

We are looking for a highly organized and customer-focused Sales Coordinator to support our sales team in managing customer inquiries, quotations, order processing, and sales operations. The ideal candidate will coordinate with customers and internal departments to ensure smooth execution of orders while maintaining excellent customer service and timely communication.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries received through phone, email, website, and other channels.




- Prepare and submit techno-commercial quotations and proposals.
- Coordinate with the sales team regarding customer requirements and follow-up activities.
- Follow up with customers for quotations, purchase orders, payment status, and delivery schedules.
- Process customer purchase orders and coordinate with production, stores, purchase, dispatch, and accounts for timely execution.
- Maintain accurate records of customers, quotations, orders, and sales activities in ERP/CRM.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports, sales reports, and order status reports.
- Coordinate product demonstrations, virtual meetings, and customer visits.
- Ensure timely documentation, including purchase orders, invoices, dispatch details, and customer correspondence.
