Roles and Responsibilities
- Conduct site visits to understand client needs and provide technical solutions for their construction projects.
- Develop current business opportunities through lead generation, prospecting, and relationship building with clients.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and follow-ups.
- Identify potential customers' pain points and position our company's services as a solution.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 2-5 years of experience in Business Development or related field (B.Tech / B.E. degree).
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting targets.
