Role Description
The Performance Marketing Specialist is a full time, on-site role based in Dehradun. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing performance marketing campaigns across channels such as search, social, and display to drive qualified traffic and conversions. Day-to-day tasks include managing paid advertising accounts, conducting A/B tests, monitoring campaign performance, analyzing data, and preparing reports and insights for stakeholders.



The specialist will collaborate with the creative, content, and web teams to align messaging, landing pages, and user journeys with campaign objectives. The role also involves staying up to date with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices to continually improve campaign effectiveness and return on ad spend.

Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders, and to present performance insights clearly.
- Proficiency in Market Research to identify target audiences, competitive landscapes, and opportunities for campaign optimization.
