We're Hiring | Manager / Senior Manager Target Operating Model (TOM) | Finance Transformation | India

We're looking for an experienced Manager / Senior Manager with a robust consulting background to lead Target Operating Model (TOM) and Finance Transformation initiatives for global clients.

Location: Remote

Shift Timing- 2:00 Pm-11:00Pm

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and support Target Operating Model (TOM) design across Finance, IT, and Risk functions.
Conduct current-state assessments, process mapping, and gap analysis.
Design future-state operating models covering People, Process, Technology, and Governance.
Drive finance process transformation across P2P, O2C, and R2R.
Align operating models with ERP transformation programs (SAP, Oracle, Workday).
Develop transformation roadmaps, business cases, executive presentations, and implementation plans.
Collaborate with global stakeholders and manage offshore delivery teams.

Required Experience:

8-10 years (Manager) / 10-14+ years (Senior Manager)




Experience in Big 4 or leading consulting firms preferred.
Strong expertise in Target Operating Model (TOM) design and Finance Transformation.
Hands-on experience in Business Process Reengineering, Shared Services, or GCC transformation.
Exposure to ERP implementations (SAP / Oracle / Workday).
Experience working with US/global clients in an offshore delivery model.
Strong stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

CA / CPA / MBA (Finance, Strategy, or Operations)
PMP, Six Sigma, or ERP certifications are an added advantage.
