• Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Plan and execute manufacturing processes for Special Purpose Machine (SPM) components and assemblies.
- Develop process plans, routing sheets, work instructions, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Coordinate with Design, Production, Quality, Purchase, and Stores teams to ensure seamless manufacturing operations.
- Monitoring Tool Room and Fabrication Activites
- Inspection of Material Received from Vendors
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety regulations, and delivery schedules.
- Analyze production issues and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Maintain manufacturing documentation, process records, and engineering change updates.

- MS (Mild Steel) Fabrication
- Sheet Metal Fabrication

- Welding processes (MIG/TIG/Arc) preferred
- Powder Coating process
- Fabrication drawing interpretation and dimensional control

Manufacturing Knowledge
- Process planning and routing
- Reading and interpretation of engineering drawings

- Manufacturing methods and tooling selection
- Production planning and process optimization
- Knowledge of quality inspection methods and measuring instruments
