Job Summary

We are looking for a energetic and creative Marketing Executive to join our team in the Automation & Electronics industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving brand awareness, generating qualified B2B leads, and supporting business growth through digital marketing, technical content creation, and industry events.

This role requires someone who can understand technical products and effectively communicate their value to industrial customers, including plant managers, procurement teams, OEMs, system integrators, and engineering professionals.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and create high-quality technical marketing content, including:
- Product datasheets
- Application notes
- Whitepapers
- Case studies
- Customer success stories
- Brochures and technical presentations
- Plan and execute inbound and outbound B2B marketing campaigns to generate qualified sales leads.
- Manage the company's digital marketing activities, including:
- Company website updates
- SEO and content optimization
- Email marketing campaigns




- LinkedIn and other professional social media platforms
- Coordinate and manage participation in industrial exhibitions, trade shows, product launches, technical seminars, and webinars.
- Conduct market research to monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities within the automation and electronics sectors.
- Support the sales and engineering teams by developing marketing collateral, presentations, promotional materials, and product literature.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent branding and effective product positioning.
- Analyze campaign performance and recommend strategies to improve lead generation and marketing ROI.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Automation, Instrumentation, or related disciplines).
