Primary Responsibilities:
Customer Coordination and Sales Team Support
- Coordinating with the Sales Team, supporting them to increase their sales.
- Sharing daily reports and sales targets to help them for improvement.
- Coordinating with customers to solve their issues.
New Product Information and Schemes
- Inform customers of new products
- Share ongoing schemes and offers with customers.
Payment Compliance
- Reviewing the outstanding invoices of customers and ensuring compliance with payment terms.
- Bringing overdue payments to the attention of sales team and customers.
