We are looking for a Taxation & Compliance qualified with hands-on experience in GST, TDS, statutory compliances, reconciliations, and tax accounting, who can independently manage return filings, audits, tax notices, and compliance reporting while ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and supporting business operations through accurate tax processes and controls.

Role & responsibilities
- Support in managing end-to-end GST, TDS, TCS, MSME, and other statutory compliances.
- Prepare and file GST and TDS returns within prescribed timelines.
- Perform GST reconciliations, ITC validations, tax ledger reviews, and statutory account reconciliations.
- Monitor GST receivables, payables, RCM liabilities, tax credits, and statutory payments.
- Ensure accurate tax accounting entries, tax master data maintenance, and ERP tax configurations.
- Review vendor invoices for GST/TDS compliance and resolve discrepancies with vendors.
- Handle GST registrations, amendments, notices, assessments, and departmental communications.
- Prepare MIS reports, compliance dashboards, tax workings,



and management reports.
- Support internal, statutory, tax, and GST audits by preparing reconciliations and maintaining audit-ready documentation.
- Ensure correct HSN/SAC classification, GST applicability, and tax compliance for products and services.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, government authorities, vendors, and internal stakeholders for taxation and compliance matters.
- Support ERP implementation, tax automation initiatives, process improvements, and timely implementation of regulatory changes.

Preferred candidate profile
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting; CA Inter/CMA Inter preferred.
- 3-6 years of experience in GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
- Strong knowledge of GST laws, tax accounting, reconciliations, and audits.
- Hands-on experience with GST/TDS return filing and compliance management.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced MS Excel
