Role Description
The Associate – B2C Sales role at UNext Learning is a full-time, in office position based in the Greater Bengaluru Area. This role focuses on engaging prospective learners, understanding their educational and career goals, and recommending suitable online programs offered through UNext’s university partners.



Day-to-day responsibilities include handling inbound and outbound calls, responding to inquiries, conducting needs assessments, and guiding individuals through the enrollment process. The Associate will maintain accurate records in CRM tools, follow up with leads, and work towards achieving individual and team sales targets. Collaboration with marketing, operations, and academic teams is expected to ensure a positive learner experience from first contact through enrollment.

Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to explain course offerings clearly and build trust with prospective learners.
- Sales and negotiation skills, with experience in B2C or inside sales, preferably in education, edtech, or related service industries.
- Customer service and relationship-management abilities, with a focus on listening, problem-solving, and providing learner-centric guidance.
