Position: Area Sales Manager / Sales Executive

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹45,000 per month *(Based on designation, experience, and interview performance)*

About the Role

Saburi Ply is looking for passionate, target-driven sales professionals to strengthen its presence in the Kanpur market. We are hiring both Area Sales Managers and Sales Executives who have a proven track record in the Building Materials industry. Candidates with prior experience in the Plywood industry will be given solid preference.

The selected candidates will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing dealer networks, expanding market reach, and strengthening customer relationships within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and expand dealer, distributor, and retailer networks.
- Generate new business opportunities and increase market penetration.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Conduct regular market visits to identify new business opportunities.
- Maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors,



architects, contractors, and key influencers.
- Promote Saburi Ply products and enhance brand visibility.
- Collect market intelligence regarding competitors, pricing, and customer preferences.
- Ensure timely collections and maintain healthy outstanding levels.
- Coordinate with distributors to ensure product availability and smooth supply.
- Submit daily visit reports, sales reports, and market feedback to management.

Additional Responsibilities (Area Sales Manager)
- Lead and mentor the sales team within the assigned territory.
- Monitor team performance and ensure achievement of business objectives.
- Develop territory-wise sales strategies to maximize revenue.
- Conduct dealer meetings, promotional activities, and sales reviews.
- Identify potential markets and plan expansion initiatives.
