Training Duration: 3 Months

Key Responsibilities

* Assist in end-to-end recruitment and interview coordination.

* Screen resumes and schedule candidate interviews.

* Support employee onboarding and documentation.

* Maintain employee records and HR databases.

* Assist with attendance management and HR operations.

* Coordinate employee engagement activities.

* Prepare HR reports and support the HR team with day-to-day activities.

Eligibility

* MBA (HR), BBA, MSW (HR), or any graduate with a strong interest in Human Resources.





* Freshers are encouraged to apply.

* Good communication and interpersonal skills.

* Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).

* Willingness to learn and build a career in HR.

* Immediate joiners will be preferred.
