Briqbi has been retained to support a US-based consulting and technical advisory firm in the recruitment of a full time Project Manager to lead Yardi implementation for its real estate clients.
The Project Manager will own all aspects of Yardi implementation, coordinating technical and operational workstreams from planning through go-live. The current engagement centers on assisting a major real estate institution with the onboarding and rollout of RentCafe, so hands-on familiarity with both the technical configuration and the day-to-day operation of these systems is essential.
This role suits a project manager who knows Yardi from the inside, ideally as a former Yardi employee, with a full working understanding of how Yardi and RentCafe function in practice. It combines disciplined project delivery with deep platform fluency and direct engagement with client stakeholders.

- Project manage all aspects of Yardi implementation across technical and operational workstreams, from planning and scoping through configuration, testing, go-live, and stabilization.
- Lead the current engagement assisting a major real estate institution with the onboarding and rollout of RentCafe, coordinating the full implementation lifecycle end to end.
