About the Role

We are looking for a Program Lead to join our Project & Quality Assurance team. This role is responsible for leading end-to-end automation initiatives, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring governance and quality standards are met. The ideal candidate will drive operational excellence, lead strategic planning, and deliver business-as-usual (BAU) operations with minimal supervision. The role also involves stakeholder management, audit readiness, and continuous process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end automation planning and execution across platforms and processes.
- Manage a team comprising managers and vendor staff, ensuring high performance and adherence to governance standards.
- Oversee stakeholder communication and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Prepare and deliver CXO-level presentations and demos.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of BAU activities with minimal supervision.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and lead implementation efforts.




- Drive best practices to improve quality, turnaround time (TAT), and productivity.
- Take ownership of audit-related tasks and ensure compliance.
- Lead strategic planning, problem-solving, and decision-making for complex and critical areas.

Secondary Responsibilities
- Manage automation delivery SLAs and maintain dashboards for performance tracking.
- Prepare and share MIS reports with various stakeholders.

What We Are Looking For

Education
- Graduation: Graduate in any discipline from a recognized institution.
- Post-graduation: Postgraduate in any discipline from a recognized institution.

Experience
- Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in automation, project delivery, or operations management.

Skills and Attributes
- Robust understanding of automation platforms and end-to-end automation journeys.
- Proven experience in managing teams, including on-roll and outsourced staff.
