Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of developers working on AI/ML and MERN Stack projects.
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable AI-powered web/mobile applications.
- Work on AI/ML model integration, APIs, automation, and intelligent solutions.
- Manage end-to-end project execution from requirement gathering to deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, DevOps, and Business teams.
- Ensure code quality, performance optimization, and best development practices.
- Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to team members.
- Communicate with clients regarding project updates and technical discussions.
Required Skills
- Robust experience in MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js)
- Hands-on experience in Python and AI/ML frameworks
- Experience with OpenAI, LLMs, Chatbots, Generative AI, or AI integrations
- Knowledge of REST APIs, Microservices, and Cloud platforms
- Team handling and project management experience
- Good understanding of database architecture and scalable systems
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
