The Opportunity

We're hiring an experienced, hands-on Performance Marketing Manager to take full ownership of the day-to-day execution and optimization of our Google Ads / PPC program. While high-level business goals and budgets are set internally, you'll have full tactical ownership of how we hit those targets.

You'll be the internal owner of paid search performance - building, managing, optimizing, and reporting on campaigns at significant monthly spend levels, and steadily taking over responsibilities as external agency support is phased out. The ideal candidate is a proven operator who has personally managed large Google Ads budgets and delivered solid ROAS - someone genuinely faster and more effective in-house than a part-time agency team.

Google Merchant Center and Shopping/feed-driven campaigns are central to the business, so hands-on GMC experience is essential. Meta and Microsoft (Bing) Ads experience is a strong plus, as you'll increasingly support those channels over time.

Responsibilities

*Google Ads / PPC (Primary - full ownership)*




- Own end-to-end day-to-day execution across the full Google Ads account: Search, Performance Max, Shopping, Display, and remarketing.
- Build, structure, and maintain campaigns, ad groups, keywords, negatives, audiences, bids/bid strategies, and ad copy.
- Continuously optimize toward ROAS, CPA, and revenue targets - budget pacing, bid strategy tuning, search term analysis, negative keyword management, and A/B testing of ads and landing page routing.
- Monitor account health daily; proactively identify and resolve performance drops, disapprovals, and delivery issues.
- Manage Google Ads policy compliance for a catalog that includes regulated, restricted, and specialty/dangerous-goods categories - navigating disapprovals and restricted-product policies to keep eligible products serving.
- Produce clear, regular performance reporting and surface actionable insights to the internal team.
