Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide admission counselling to students seeking higher education abroad, guiding them on course selection, university options, and application procedures.
- Assist clients in filling out applications forms for various universities and colleges abroad.
- Offer career counselling to help students choose the right course that aligns with their interests, skills, and aptitudes.
- Facilitate visa processing by providing guidance on required documents and timelines.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, progress updates, and follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle walk-in, phone, website, and referral enquiries.
- Counsel parents about the school's curriculum, facilities, fee structure, and admission process.
- Conduct campus tours for prospective parents.
- Follow up regularly with leads to convert them into admissions.
- Meet monthly and annual admission targets.
- Coordinate with the Principal, academic team, and operations for a smooth admission process.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM/ERP/HRMS.
- Address parent queries and resolve concerns promptly.
- Organize admission events, open houses, and promotional activities.
- Ensure a positive parent experience throughout the admission journey.

Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA is an advantage).
- 15 years of experience in admissions, education counselling, sales, customer relationship management, or business development.
