Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced AJIO Account Manager to manage and grow the company's business on the AJIO marketplace. The role will be responsible for end-to-end marketplace operations, account management, sales growth, inventory, catalogue management, order processing, returns, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of the AJIO marketplace account.
- Manage product listings, catalogue updates, pricing, promotions, and inventory.
- Monitor orders, fulfilment, cancellations, returns, and customer-related issues.
- Coordinate with AJIO teams for business growth, campaigns, promotions, and issue resolution.
- Track sales, revenue, inventory, return rates, and account performance.
- Manage product onboarding, SKU creation, content accuracy, and catalogue hygiene.
- Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, finance, and internal teams for smooth operations.
- Monitor Purchase Orders (POs),



invoicing, reconciliation, and payment-related issues.
- Analyse marketplace performance and prepare regular reports.
- Identify opportunities to improve sales, visibility, conversion, and profitability.
- Ensure compliance with AJIO marketplace policies and operational guidelines.

Required Skills
- Hands-on experience in AJIO marketplace account management.
- Strong knowledge of e-commerce operations and marketplace processes.
- Experience in catalogue, inventory, order, and return management.
- Knowledge of promotions, pricing, and marketplace performance analysis.
- Experience in PO handling, invoicing, and reconciliation.
- Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Excel and marketplace dashboards.
