Job Description

We are hiring an IT Business Analyst with Banking/Financial Services experience. The role involves gathering business requirements, preparing functional specifications, coordinating with development teams, and supporting testing and Agile delivery.

Key Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business requirements.
- Prepare BRD, FRD, user stories, and functional specifications.
- Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and development teams.
- Conduct requirement walkthroughs and knowledge transfer sessions.
- Support functional testing and UAT.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies.
- Track project risks, issues, and dependencies.





Required Skills
- 4 to 6 years of Business Analysis experience.
- Banking / Financial Services domain knowledge.
- Solid SQL query writing skills.
- Requirement gathering and stakeholder management.
- Agile/Scrum methodology experience.
- Functional testing and UAT support.

Preferred Skills
- Capital Markets or Investment Banking exposure.
- JIRA, Confluence.
- Data analysis and SDLC understanding.
