Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Business Development Executive to drive merchant acquisition and business growth for our FinTech products, including POS Machines, Soundbox, Payment Gateway, QR Solutions, BBPS, and Digital Payment Services. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and sales skills with the ability to build strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

· Identify and acquire recent merchants, retailers, and business clients.

· Promote and sell FinTech products such as POS Machines, Soundbox, Payment Gateway, QR Code, and BBPS solutions.

· Generate leads through field visits, referrals, cold calling, and networking.

· Conduct product demonstrations and explain the benefits of digital payment solutions.

· Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

· Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets assigned by the management.

· Coordinate with internal teams for smooth merchant onboarding and activation.

· Prepare daily sales reports and update CRM regularly.





· Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.

Required Skills

· Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

· Good presentation and convincing abilities.

· Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and CRM tools.

· Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel extensively.

· Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).

· 0–3 years of experience in Sales or Business Development (FinTech, Banking, Payments, Telecom, or FMCG preferred).

· Freshers with excellent communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
