Role Description
The PCB Repair Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Nagpur Area. The role involves diagnosing faults in PCBs used in UPS and power backup systems,



performing component-level troubleshooting, and carrying out precise repairs through desoldering, soldering, and replacement of electronic components. The engineer will conduct preventive maintenance, verify repaired boards through testing and calibration, and maintain accurate records of repair activities and parts usage. The role also includes collaborating with service teams to resolve complex issues, supporting continuous improvement in repair processes, and adhering to safety and quality standards. The PCB Repair Engineer will interact with internal stakeholders and occasionally with customers to clarify issues and ensure timely resolution.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess robust Electronics Repair and Maintenance & Repair skills, particularly at component and PCB level.
