Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and verify land records, revenue records, and ownership documents.
- Conduct verification of Jamabandi, Khasra, Khatauni, Mutation, Aks-Shajra, Tatima, Girdawari, and other revenue records.
- Coordinate with Revenue Department officials, Tehsil offices, Patwar Circles, Kanungo, Tehsildar, SDM, and other government authorities.
- Handle mutation, partition, demarcation, land conversion, and other revenue-related matters.
- Ensure timely procurement of certified copies of land records and other statutory documents.
- Assist in land acquisition, due diligence, title verification, and documentation for company projects.
- Monitor and follow up on pending revenue cases before government authorities.
- Maintain updated records of all land parcels, ownership details, and litigation status.
- Support the Legal Department in land-related cases by providing relevant revenue documents and information.
- Conduct field visits for verification of land boundaries, ownership, encroachments, and possession status.
- Liaise with local authorities for approvals,



permissions, and compliance related to land matters.
- Prepare reports, MIS, and presentations related to revenue and land records.
- Maintain confidentiality of all company land records and sensitive information.

Required Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline (Preference for candidates with a background in Revenue Administration or related field).
- Patwari certification/training from a recognized authority will be preferred.
- 815 years of experience in the Revenue Department, land administration, or the real estate sector.

Required Skills
- Thorough knowledge of land revenue laws, land records, and government procedures.
- Robust understanding of real estate documentation and land due diligence.
- Experience in handling mutation, demarcation, partition, land acquisition, and revenue litigation support.
- Good liaisoning skills with Revenue Department and other government authorities.
