Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Ecommerce Manager role based in New Delhi. The Ecommerce Manager will oversee daily online store operations, including product listings, pricing, inventory coordination, and order processing. The role involves optimizing the user experience, improving conversion rates, and implementing ecommerce best practices across platforms. The Ecommerce Manager will collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop campaigns, manage promotions,



analyze performance data, and identify opportunities to grow revenue. This role also includes monitoring competitor activity, ensuring accurate product information, and maintaining consistent brand representation across all digital channels.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess robust E-Commerce and Sales skills to manage online store performance and drive revenue growth.
- Candidates should possess solid Marketing and Communication skills to coordinate campaigns, engage audiences, and align messaging with brand strategy.
- Candidates should possess robust Analytical Skills to interpret data, track KPIs, and make data-informed decisions for optimization.
- Experience with ecommerce platforms (such as Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar) and marketplace management (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart) is beneficial.
