We are hiring a Tour Manager who will accompany guests throughout the tour and ensure a smooth, enjoyable, and memorable travel experience. This is a field-based role requiring frequent travel with groups.

Key Responsibilities:
- Travel with groups and manage the tour from start to end
- Act as the main point of contact for guests during the trip
- Ensure smooth execution of the itinerary on-ground
- Coordinate with hotels, transport, guides, and local vendors
- Handle guest queries, concerns, and emergencies promptly
- Manage group discipline, timings, and overall experience
- Conduct briefings and provide significant tour information
- Ensure safety, comfort, and satisfaction of all guests
- Handle cash/expenses and maintain records during the tour
- Submit post-tour reports and feedback

Requirements:




- 1–3 years of experience in Tour Handling / Tour Management
- Excellent communication and people-handling skills
- Energetic, presentable, and customer-focused personality
- Ability to manage groups and handle pressure situations
- Willingness to travel extensively (India & International tours)
- Basic knowledge of travel operations and destinations

Preferred:
- Experience in group tours (family / corporate / leisure)
- Multilingual skills (Hindi, English + regional languages)
- First-aid knowledge is a plus
