This role partners with Nike Technology leaders, Human Resources teammates, managers, employees, local Talent Acquisition leaders, and Center of Excellence (COE) partners across Compensation, Talent, Organization Effectiveness, People Solutions, and Talent Acquisition. The role helps shape and execute people strategies that enable the India Technology Centre to grow, scale, and perform at its best.

Nike is looking for a Human Resources Business Partner who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and can translate business priorities into actionable people strategies. This individual brings deep Human Resources expertise, strong business acumen, and the ability to lead through complexity with clarity and confidence.
They build trusted relationships with senior leaders and managers, leverage data and employee insights to inform decisions, and develop practical solutions across talent, organization design, rewards, change management, performance, and team effectiveness. They are a coach, connector,
and catalyst who can influence across a global matrix while maintaining a strong understanding of local business needs.
They bring resilience, curiosity, and a team-oriented mindset to help scale the India Technology Centre while strengthening organizational capability, culture, engagement, and performance.
- 15+ years of relevant Human Resources experience in multicultural, matrixed organizations, including 5+ years as a business partner supporting sizeable businesses and leadership teams.
- Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Deep expertise in at least one to two Human Resources domains, such as Rewards, Human Resources Transformation, Talent, Organization Development, Organization Effectiveness, or Operations.
- Proven ability to provide Human Resources consulting, facilitation, coaching, and manager capability-building while earning credibility with business leaders.
