- Strong knowledge of:
- Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
- Apex Programming
- Lightning Experience
- Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Salesforce Flow and Process Automation
- SOQL and SOSL
- Salesforce APIs and Integrations
- Experience with data migration and deployment tools.
- Understanding of Salesforce security model, roles, profiles, and permission sets.
- Robust problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
