- Greet guests warmly and assist with their queries, ensuring exceptional customer service.
- Change bed linens and make beds to the highest standard of comfort and aesthetics.
- Replace used towels and replenish bathroom amenities, including shampoo and soap.
- Maintain cleanliness through sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming of floors.
- Ensure carpets are spotless through regular vacuuming.
- Dust and polish furniture to maintain a pristine appearance.
- Empty trash containers and ashtrays, maintaining a clutter-free environment.
- Restock minibars with beverages and food items for guest convenience.
- Clean and maintain public areas, including corridors, with attention to detail.
- Report any technical issues or maintenance needs promptly.
- Update the status of guest rooms on the assignment sheet accurately.
- Return and restock the cleaning cart at the end of your shift.
