Role Description
The Business Development Lead, C&I; Solar will drive growth for commercial and industrial rooftop solar projects in Hyderabad through strategic prospecting, relationship building, and end-to-end sales management. This full-time, in office role involves identifying target segments, generating qualified leads,



and conducting market research to understand customer needs and competitive offerings. The Business Development Lead will meet with potential clients, deliver tailored proposals, coordinate technical inputs with the engineering team, and manage the sales pipeline from initial contact to contract closure.

The role includes maintaining strong customer service standards, ensuring timely follow-ups, and supporting clients through the pre- and post-installation phases. The person in this position will also track performance metrics, provide feedback on market trends, and collaborate with leadership to refine go-to-market strategies and revenue goals.

Compensation includes a base salary and profit sharing package.
