Role & responsibilities

> Understand the customer requirement and convert it into REVIT drawing, Layout, furniture & fume hood drawing etc.

> Must have hands on experience in REVIT, creating families

> Prepare 3D visualisation, rendering

> Get approval from customer

> Prepare BOQ and get quotes from Vendors

> Get drawings from Vendors for MEP, HVAC, GDS

> Coordinate with customer, sales, vendors

Preferred candidate profile

> Good communication

> Robust drawing concepts
