Role Description
The Business Development Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bhubaneswar. The individual in this role will identify and pursue recent business opportunities, including institutional partnerships and student recruitment channels, to expand ACHIVIA’s reach. Day-to-day activities include generating and qualifying leads,



managing client and partner accounts, and maintaining long-term relationships with schools, colleges, and other stakeholders. The role involves conducting outreach campaigns, presenting ACHIVIA’s services, following up on inquiries, and supporting conversion from prospects to enrolled students. The Business Development Executive will collaborate with counseling and marketing teams to ensure consistent communication, timely reporting, and achievement of growth targets.
