Role Description
This full-time Exhibition Space Sales role is based in Mumbai and follows a hybrid work model, with a mix of on-site and work-from-home responsibilities. The role involves identifying prospective exhibitors, conducting outreach, and presenting exhibition space options that align with their goals for conferences, workshops, and other events. The individual will manage the end-to-end sales process,



including proposal development, negotiation, contract closure, and coordination with internal teams to ensure smooth exhibitor onboarding. Daily tasks include maintaining accurate sales records, building long-term relationships with clients, providing support and follow-up before and after events, and collaborating with event and marketing teams to optimize exhibition offerings. The role also includes gathering feedback from exhibitors and contributing ideas to improve exhibition layouts, packages, and overall experience.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess robust Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with exhibitors and internal stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess proven Sales and Sales Management skills to drive exhibition space revenue and manage the sales pipeline.
