Role & responsibilities
- Drive regional sales targets and ensure consistent revenue growth.
- Recruit, train, mentor, and manage Sales Executives.
- Develop and execute regional business development strategies.
- Monitor daily sales performance and ensure achievement of KPIs.
- Conduct regular team meetings, coaching sessions, and performance reviews.
- Coordinate with marketing teams for lead generation campaigns.
- Ensure proper CRM usage and accurate sales pipeline management.
- Analyze sales reports and present business performance to senior management.
Preferred candidate profile
- Bachelor's Degree (MBA preferred)
- 5-10+ years of sales/business development experience
- Minimum 5 years of team handling experience
