What You'll Do
- Design and build REST APIs
using ASP.NET Core Web API, following a layered architecture (Controller → Business Layer → Data Access Layer).
- Write and optimize SQL
— stored procedures, complex queries, indexes, and schema changes on SQL Server across multiple service databases.
- Extend microservices
— contribute features across services spanning registration, payments, deliveries, requirement-offers, real-time notifications (SignalR), and OAuth.
- Implement async messaging
using RabbitMQ via MassTransit — consume and publish events between services reliably.
- Own end-to-end delivery
— from writing the stored procedure and DAL class to shipping the feature through Azure Pipelines to IIS-hosted Azure VMs.
- Maintain code quality
— conduct peer reviews, enforce repository/BaseRepository conventions, and keep Dapper-based data access clean and tested.
- Collaborate with product
on API contracts, performance requirements, and integrations with third-party services (Razorpay, SendGrid, ERPs).




- Troubleshoot production issues
using Azure Monitor / OpenTelemetry traces and SQL profiling.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Must-Have Skills
- C# / .NET Core
— robust grasp of async/await, LINQ, dependency injection, middleware, and API versioning.
- SQL Server
— proficient in writing stored procedures, CTEs, window functions, query tuning, and reading execution plans.
- REST API design
— understands HTTP semantics, status codes, versioning, and OpenAPI/Swagger documentation.
- Git
— comfortable with branching strategies, PRs, and merge conflict resolution in a team setting.
- Exposure to
Azure
— Pipelines, VMs, Monitor, or Application Insights.
- Debugging and problem-solving
— able to diagnose issues across service boundaries independently.
- Experience with
IIS deployment
and Windows Server hosting.

Good to Have
- Familiarity with
message brokers
— RabbitMQ, MassTransit, or similar.
