We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented HR Recruiter to join our HR team. The ideal candidate should have 1–2 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment and hands-on experience with job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, and other hiring platforms. The candidate should be capable of sourcing quality talent, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a smooth hiring process.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for various positions.
- Source candidates through Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, and other job portals.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Conduct telephonic screening and initial HR interviews.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Prepare and post job advertisements on multiple hiring platforms.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience during the hiring process.
Required Skills
- 1–2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Hands-on experience with Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing platforms.
- Strong sourcing and screening skills.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of interview coordination and recruitment processes.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Ability to work independently and meet hiring deadlines.
