About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and driven Field Sales Manager to expand our market

presence in the Coimbatore region. This is a high-impact, consultative sales role suited

for professionals with solid industry networks—especially in home/building design—

and a passion for smart technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

⦁ Drive regional sales through active lead generation, client engagement, and deal

closures.

⦁ Promote our home and hotel automation solutions to architects, interior designers,

builders, and channel partners.





⦁ Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers in the

real estate and design ecosystem.

⦁ Conduct client meetings to understand needs and recommend tailored automation

solutions (lighting, security, climate control, etc.).

⦁ Follow up on leads.

⦁ Provide regular updates to the management team on sales activities and market

trends.

⦁ Represent the brand at trade shows, site meetings, and networking events.

Preferred industry experience includes:

⦁ Plywood / Laminates / Veneers

⦁ Lighting / LED / Electrical Fittings

⦁ Security Systems / CCTV

⦁ HVAC / Building Technology

⦁ Luxury Real Estate Sales

⦁ Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience, preferably in architectural/interior

or tech-integrated products

⦁ Strong network with architects, interior designers, or builders

⦁ Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

⦁ Self-motivat
