About the Role

Bayard Vacations is looking for a decisive, hands-on Head of Sales to lead our Bengaluru operations. Your core focus will be driving direct consumer (B2C) travel sales and high-value corporate MICE revenue, while also expanding our B2B network of travel agents and sub-agents. We need a builder — someone who can take our existing revenue base and scale it aggressively across all three channels over the next 24 months.

Key Responsibilities

Revenue Leadership: Own the sales P&L; for the region. Design and execute monthly and quarterly sales strategies to meet and exceed profitability targets across B2C, MICE, and B2B.

B2C & MICE Growth (Core Focus): Drive direct consumer bookings and conversions, and personally lead the pitch to secure high-ticket MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) movements for Bengaluru's corporate hubs.

B2B Network Expansion: Activate and manage relationships with travel agents, sub-agents, and independent consultants across South India as a secondary growth channel.

Team Architecture: Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team of Sales Executives, establishing a culture of daily accountability.

Sales Hygiene: Oversee strict CRM and pipeline usage to ensure accurate lead tracking, conversion analysis, a
