We're Hiring: A Video Curator, Not Just a Video Editor

Ayudha Media is a curiosity-first media production house based in Navi Mumbai. We create content for some of India's top growth coaches and consultants. High-stakes personalities in their industry across long-form, short-form, and original IPs.

This is our first-ever full-time editor hire, and we want to get it right.

We're not looking for someone who's just valuable at cutting a timeline. We're looking for a video curator, someone who understands the psychology of how people actually consume content on Instagram and YouTube.

Why they stay till the end.

Why they share.

Someone who moves just as easily through a 30-second reel as a 40-minute long-form video, and who brings ideas to the table instead of waiting for instructions.

Job Location: Navi Mumbai, Taloja, Phase 2, Near Pendhar Metro Station (office-based preferred; remote considered on conditions applied, see below)

Job Type: Full-time only. (No Freelance)

Salary: ₹15,000–20,000/month in hand to start,



with a performance-based 2x hike in 6–12 months and a path to our core team.

Experience: 1+ years in-house/agency or freelance, both count; portfolio required.

Education: Not required. We care about your work, not your certificates

What you'll actually do:

• Edit and curate content across formats like reels/shorts, long-form talking head YouTube videos, podcasts, and original IPs for some of India's leading growth coaches and consultants.

• Bring your own ideas on hooks, pacing, trends, and storytelling, not just execute someone else's brief.

• Take feedback well, learn fast, and run with things without needing much hand-holding.

What we're looking for:

• A strong hands-on grip on the fundamentals of video editing and design with technical and creative skills, both.

• A genuine sense for what actually works on Instagram and YouTube, across short-form and long-form.
