Role & responsibilities

Job Summary:

We are seeking experienced E/M Coders to accurately review and assign medical codes for patient records. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with coding guidelines while maintaining high productivity and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assign appropriate ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS codes for evaluation and management services
- Review and interpret medical records, diagnostic reports, and minor procedure documentation
- Ensure compliance with coding standards and regulatory guidelines
- Maintain high accuracy levels (95% and above) and meet productivity targets
- Work with EHR systems and coding tools efficiently

Requirements:
- 2 to 3 years of relevant coding experience (certification not mandatory)
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology
- Proficiency in ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS coding systems
- Experience with EHR and coding software
- Life sciences or related educational background preferred
